1.	Does API offer any discount programs? Yes, If anyone in your house receives governent assistance you may qualify for a monthly discount. Contact customer service and ask about the Lifeline & Link-Up program.
2.	If BellSouth, Sprint, ATT or Embarq has disconnected me can I still have service with API? Definitely yes! Our service is tailored with you in mind! It does not matter if you have been disconnected. API can help you.
3.	Is there a deposit or credit check? Absolutely NOT! Because API's local service is prepaid, you do not have to worry about high deposits or credit checks!
4.	What do I have access to with API's prepaid local service? You will have access to unlimited local calling, Emergency 911 and 800 numbers.
5.	Can I make long distance calls? Yes, if you use a prepaid calling card or one of API's. API offers a prepaid long distance services. Ask a customer service representative for details.
